Duct Insulation - Insu Shield
Formerly: SIL-XLC
Ideal material to maintain the ideal temperature
‘INSUshield’ is a non-fibrous, fire retardant (FR), closed cell, tri-dimensional chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam. It is certified ‘Class O’ in Fire Propagation,’Class 1′ in Surface Spread of Flame as per BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7 respectively and UL certified. ‘INSUshield’ (chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam) is an ideal environment friendly insulation material, with a perfect solution for all your insulation needs for ducts, roofs, pipes, vessels etc. It is a better alternative to conventional Glass Wool insulation material. ‘INSUshield’ is also available in tubing form for pipe insulation.

Insu Reflector - Reflective Insulation
Reflective insulation
‘INSUreflector’ is a radiant heat reflective insulation material made of polyethylene air bubble film (ABF) laminated with aluminum foil on one or both sides. It is a low e-reflective insulation material with a low mass to air ratio, which effectively blocks the radiant heat transfer. The bright surface of the Aluminium foil, which encases the FR polyethylene air bubble film material, reflects 96% to 99% infra-red radiation received by the surface of the heated slated roof. The placement of radiant heat barrier shall be in the manner to provide an air space below the roofing sheets or the vertical cladding for its effective utilization. ‘INSUreflector’ is a superioralternative to fibrous Glass Wool insulation material.

Underdeck Insulation Foam - Roofing Insulation
‘INSUshield’ is a non-fibrous, fire retardant (FR), closed cell, tri-dimensional chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam. ‘INSUshield’ (chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam) is an ideal environment friendly insulation material for Under deck Insualtion. It is a better alternative to conventional Glass Wool insulation material. Under deck insulation material prevents almost 97% of radiant heat and make inner atmosphere more livable. It is also very easy to apply.

NBR Tubing - Insuflex
‘INSUflex’ (NBR tubing) is a fire retardant closed cell flexible elastomeric pre-formed tubing thermal insulation product. The material is CFC & HCFC free with O.D.P. zero. Light & flexible tubing enables easy and fast working. ‘INSUflex’ offers a high water vapour transmission resistance factor which ensures a low stable thermal conductivity, thereby saving energy and ensuring efficiency of the system, wherein applied. It is an environmental & user friendly product, than conventional fibrous products like Glass Wool.

NBR Sheets - Insuflex
INSUflex sheet is flexible close cell Elastomeric nitrile insulation foamed rubber designed to control condensation. It effectively prevents heat energy gain & loss. It is suitable for all applications in both civil and insulation industries that require the use of insulating material for refrigeration, AC duct work, heating, plumbing, tanks, pipe fittings and chiller assembly. INSUflex’s insulation is manufactured without CFCs and HCFCs.

Insu Sound - XLO
Formerly: Fire-retardant, open-cell engineered XLPE foam for sound insulation
HVAC equipment for a building is one of the major sources of interior noise, and its effect on the acoustical environment is important. Operation of HVAC equipment can also induce mechanical vibration that propagates into occupied spaces through structure borne paths such as piping, duct work and mounts. These vibrations can cause direct discomfort and also create secondary radiation of noise from vibrating walls, floors, piping etc. Therefore; installing a suitable sound-absorbing liner inside the air ducts is an exceptionally effective way to reduce this air-borne noise and improve the acoustics in the building.
Supreme introduces INSUsound-xlo – a range of high-performance engineered open-cell XLPE foam specially designed for applications that require enhanced sound absorption properties. This non-fibrous, tri-dimensional chemically cross-linked fire-retardant foam provides excellent sound absorption characteristics ideally suited in duct lining application. INSUsound-xlo does not disintegrate or particulate unlike conventional products.
