Floor Protector
DURA Floor Protector is a high-performance composite of high-strength cross-laminated film and cushioning foam for floor protection. It is an engineered solution with a composite 3 layer structure. Layer 1 is an abrasion-resistant, high-strength film to ensure long product life. Layer 2 is of high density polyethylene foam for cushioning purpose and layer 3 is a reinforced non-dusting and non-staining film for better grip on tiles. Due to its enhanced properties, DURA floor protector is offered as a better alternative product to conventional products like paper, POP, cloth, etc. It provides cushioned universal floor protection for wood, ceramic and vinyl floors during construction.

Backup Rod
Formerly: SIL seal / Back-up Rods Bonding for assured strength with DURArods. DURArod is a closed cell polymer based foam filler material with a circular profile. It ensures stronger bonding of sealant with masonry, aluminium or other substrates & helps to maintain desired thickness of sealant at the joint’s centre. It does not bond with cold applied sealants. DURArods (back-up rods) is used as back-up to sealants to expansion joints and structural glazing systems.

Filler Board - Dura Fill
‘DURAfill’ is alkali resistant, closed cell, polymer based expansion joint filler material for RCC columns, beams, walls, and slabs. Its excellent recovery (after compression) makes it suitable product for this application. It is an exclusive product, designed to be used as expansion joint filler in buildings
It is common knowledge that elastomeric products are an excellent cushion provider. ‘DURAfill’ is composed of thousands of cells trapped in the foam, with the reinforcement of high performance polymer which helps to resist all types of pressure imparted.
High performance foam also acts as sound barrier and is a good sound absorbent material.

It is a cost-effective alternative to conventional products like LDPE films etc. DURAvapourbarrier is composed of thousands of tiny air cells trapped in foam and reinforced with high performance polymeric interlay, which helps reduce the overall permeance. It offers four layers of vapour barrier transmission including two layers of special polymeric interlay.

Dura Shield - Spandrel Insulation
Ideal material for spandrel insulation in glass facade buildings DURAshield is a non-fibrous, fire retardant (FR), closed cell; crosslinked polyethylene foam. It is an ideal environment friendly material, used for spandrel insulation in glass facade buildings. DURAshield effectively blocks the heat percolated from the glass facade to enter into the spandrel area, thus maintaining uniform temperature balance throughout the building and conserving energy. ‘DURAshield’ is a better substitute to Glass Wool.
